If you wish to speak to someone at the TEA about a complaint, you can leave a message on the Parent Information Line (1-800-252-9668).  Your message will be responded to by a staff member from the TEA Division of Special Education Programs and Complaints.  More information about the State’s complaint process can be found on the web at:
