At Northeast Texas Community College:

    To receive college credit, the student must satisfy the following requirements:

1. Sign a letter of intent to pursue the appropriate Tech Prep Program.
2. Earn a grade of "B" or higher in identified high school courses.
3. Be currently enrolled at Northeast Texas Community College and have completed 12 semester hours of credit with a grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
4. Have an approved Northeast degree plan.
5. Petition for college credit within two years of high school graduation using the Student Petition Form for Tech Prep Credit.
