What college degree plans could I work toward through
NDHS Tech Prep?
At Kilgore College:
Child Development could count toward a program in Early Childhood Professions,
Apparel could count toward an AASD (Associate of Applied Science Degree) in Retail or
Fashion Management,
Keyboarding - toward an AASD in General Business or Accounting,
BCIS - toward an AASD in Office Administration, General Business, or Accounting, or
Accounting - toward an AASD in Office Administration, General Business, or Accounting.
***Kilgore College requires that 15 semester hours at their school be completed
before articulated credit can be place on the college transcript.
At Northeast Texas Community College:
Accounting and Microcomputer Applications could count toward the Professional Secretary
program area or
Introduction to Agricultural Sciences, Applied Agricultural Sciences, and Agricultural
Metal Fabrication Technology - toward the Agriculture program area
***Northeast Texas Community College requires that 12 semester hours at their
school be completed with a grade average of 2.5 or higher before articulated credit will
be awarded.
