School Nurse Information

The Nurse's office is open for all students during school hours to receive medication or treatment for any medical condition.

Medication:
All medicine is to be administered through the nurses' office, both prescription and over the counter.  This is for the protection of all students on campus from improper use of medications.  Medication, both prescription and over the counter, cannot be administered unless prescribed by a physician.  Medication forms are available in the nurses' office.  A form must be filled out and signed in order for the nurse to give any medication.
